BEFORE WE WORK TOGETHER

Clear answers.
Better decisions.

Who is this for?

B2B SaaS businesses with a validated product, existing qualified sales opportunities and sufficient margins to support human selling. A discovery conversation establishes whether the pilot is appropriate.

Do the packages include paid sales agents?

No. The stated capacity is the number of sellers we manage. Your business contracts with and pays its sellers separately. The Managed package includes a bounded recruiting service, not guaranteed placements.

Will you generate all our leads?

The initial scope improves conversion of existing demand. Advertising and a new outbound program require a separate agreed scope and budget.

Can we keep our CRM?

Yes, where it supports the agreed workflow. We assess data access and mappings first. Exports can support initial reporting; live integrations are not promised until verified for your stack.

How do the packages differ?

Foundation provides 10 service hours, up to 2 managed sellers and 4 call reviews per month. Managed provides 40 service hours, up to 5 managed sellers, 20 call reviews and bounded recruiting support. All work shares the agreed service-hour budget.

Are the demo numbers real client results?

No. The workspace walkthrough uses fictional examples to explain the workflow. It is separate from the private Operations application and is not a performance forecast.

Is a revenue increase guaranteed?

No. Results depend on demand, product fit, pricing, selling and delivery. We agree on the work and measurement criteria, report limitations, and evaluate the economics with you.

What happens when I submit an inquiry?

Your request is saved to RevAccord’s private inquiry inbox and you receive a reference on screen. An inquiry is not a booking, service agreement or payment. RevAccord can use your business email to follow up about this request.

What data should I share initially?

Business contact details and a brief description of the challenge are enough. Do not send passwords, customer lists, payment-card details or confidential customer records. Access is arranged separately after scope is agreed.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

More about working together.

What if our data is incomplete?

Start by recording what is known, where it came from and what is missing. Do not invent a clean baseline. Agree whether a short collection period or a smaller scope can produce a useful comparison.

Can you promise a specific revenue increase?

No. We can agree the work, reporting and review criteria. Demand, offer fit, pricing, customer retention and product delivery all affect the result. A pilot should make those limits visible.

Can clients edit dashboard records?

The current shared client views are read-only. Operational updates are managed by the authorized owner. Client access is configured separately after onboarding, not created by an inquiry.

What if we use all the monthly hours?

Review priorities and agree changes in writing before further work or additional charges. Meetings, coaching, recruiting and reporting all count toward the budget; they are not unlimited extras.

Do you pay or employ our salespeople?

The published packages manage a defined number of sellers. Your business arranges and pays its sellers separately. Managed recruiting support helps with the search and assessment; it does not guarantee a hire.

What happens if we stop?

Use the written agreement for notice, refunds and any unfinished work. Plan a handover of agreed process documents, findings and data exports, and review access that should be revoked.
