Three-month pilot: C$10,000 before tax and additional costs.

Management capacity, not supplied headcount. Sales-agent pay, advertising, client software and taxes are separate. Meetings, coaching, recruiting and reporting share the stated service-hour budget. Final scope, staffing availability and start date are confirmed in writing before payment.

What setup covers

Foundation: baseline review, one pipeline definition, CRM/export mapping, follow-up scripts and an onboarding session. Up to 15 setup hours.

Managed: baseline and routing across up to two offers, team playbooks, CRM/calendar/payment-source mapping and recruiting preparation. Up to 40 setup hours.

What is separate

Sales-agent compensation, paid recruiting ads, advertising, client CRM/dialer subscriptions, contact lists and custom integrations. No additional performance percentage is included in these package prices.

How the pilot works

Setup and the first month are billed before work starts. The first 90 days have agreed goals and a review date. Start dates, cancellation, refunds and continuation terms are confirmed in the written agreement. No revenue or hiring outcome is guaranteed.

TANGIBLE STARTING DELIVERABLES

What the setup fee pays for.

Foundation · C$2,500

  1. Confirm the offer, decision-maker, scope and permitted access.
  2. Reconcile a starting baseline against the agreed source records.
  3. Define one pipeline: stage criteria, owner and required next action.
  4. Map the CRM and payment exports into the reporting workflow.
  5. Prepare discovery, follow-up and objection guidance.
  6. Walk your team through the scorecard and working process.

Managed · C$5,000

  1. Establish the same baseline and permissions across up to two offers.
  2. Define team ownership, handoffs and escalation responsibilities.
  3. Map CRM, calendar and payment-source records.
  4. Prepare team playbooks and seller onboarding steps.
  5. Build role definitions and recruiting scorecards.
  6. Train the team and confirm the review schedule.

Setup is reviewed against an itemized checklist. Source mapping does not automatically include a live integration. We confirm provider access and feasibility first; an agreed export workflow can support the pilot.

A WORKLOAD AND COST DECISION

When the extra C$5,000 a month makes sense.

Try the interactive fit check →

Choose Foundation when…

You have a founder and one closer, qualified demand and a small number of deals slipping through follow-up. Weekly oversight and focused coaching fit the workload.

The aim is a repeatable process that your existing team can run.

Discuss Foundation →

Consider Managed when…

You have several sellers, handoffs between setters and closers, more calls to review and an active hiring need. The additional fee buys four times the service hours and five times the call-review volume.

More than five sellers or full-time management needs a separately costed scope.

Discuss Managed →

Check the economics before upgrading.

Illustration only: if an additional customer contributes C$2,000 after the relevant selling and delivery costs over your measurement period, C$5,000 in extra monthly management fees requires at least three additional customers to cover that fee difference. The higher setup fee is additional.

This is arithmetic, not a forecast. Include refunds, churn, sales compensation and setup in your own calculation. Higher contract value does not necessarily mean more collected cash.

NO SURPRISE SCOPE

What happens when needs change.

Agree priorities before extra work.

If recruiting, a complex data cleanup or longer call reviews use more of the monthly hours, we reprioritize together. Scope changes are agreed in writing before additional charges; there is no automatic overage charge.

After the initial pilot, Managed recruiting can cover one active search within the same time budget. A hire or start date is not guaranteed.

Confirm the agreement before payment.

Confirm the named delivery owner, available capacity, start date, acceptance checklist and payment schedule. The written agreement sets cancellation, refunds, unfinished setup and continuation terms.

Your salespeople, paid ads, CRM/dialer subscriptions, contact lists, outbound infrastructure and custom integrations have separate costs.
